Kings Arms Hotel, Berkhamsted

The hotel is perfectly located on the charming high street in Berkhamstead, close to the station and right in the center of town. The rooms were spacious and featured a comfy bed, separate bathroom and toilet, lovely towels, and all necessary toiletries provided. Additionally, coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and even a complimentary bottle of wine were included. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. However, the noise from the adjacent pub was a downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room I booked was spacious, with a comfy bed and separate bathroom and toilet. I loved the lovely towels and all the toiletries provided, as well as the Nespresso coffee machine. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the complimentary water, earplugs, and eyemask were a nice touch.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were good, large, and had good facilities, but the noise from doors and bottles being emptied was very disruptive. The service was mostly excellent and welcoming, although there was one exception. The location was convenient for the town but being close to the pub had its drawbacks. The dining was tasty but a bit small and rushed due to slow service. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.

The dining experience was enjoyable with freshly cooked dishes, although service was slow at times. The facilities were good overall.
